Acne Free in 3 Days Review Summary:
- Eliminating acne in only 3 days is probably more hype
than anything else, though you may see noticeable
improvements in 3 days
- The author's recommendations are based on the premise
that most acne is caused by an unhealthy colon and Candida
Albicans
- Gibson advocates a detoxification, along with avoiding
certain foods
- The book is long, but an easy read -- the wording is
clear and understandable
- You may find the author's success story inspiring and
motivational
- While the book advocates lifestyle changes, it does
little to explain how to do that successfully

Considerations:
- If you live for food or have a hard time following a
regimented system, Gibson's approach may not be right for
you. You could try adapting the program, although this
could lessen the effectiveness.
- If you have dietary or other health restrictions, you
should consult your physician.
- Probably not suitable for younger acne sufferers.
Acne
Free in 3 Days Review
People have mixed feelings about Acne Free in 3 Days. Some
swear by it while others swear at it.
The author, Chris Gibson, was an acne sufferer himself who
cured his acne permanently after battling it for years. After
extensive research, he devised a system that worked for him.
His book shares both his story and the approach he used to
clear his acne. While some find his story encouraging and
motivating, others feel it adds unecessarily to the length of
the book.
While not a scam, the sales copy does hype it up by making
it sound like practically anyone can be acne free in 3 days.
While it's certainly possible, it's not probable, though you
could start seeing improvements in that time.
Gibson's approach is a natural one that does not require
expensive products or supplements. Instead, he suggests a heavy
detox with fasting (which makes it unsuitable for the very
young).
The detox is designed to cleanse your colon and rid your
body of Candida Albicans, which is a form of yeast. While most
people have Candida Albicans in their body, it can sometimes
grow out of control. Gibson cites such overgrowth as a common
cause of acne.
Some people find the detox process and food restrictions too
intense. You will need discipline to follow the strict regimen
and make the suggested lifestyle changes. The book does not go
into great detail on how to do this successfully.
Some people have adapted the routine to eliminate things
they feel are not right for them (like massaging castor oil
into the skin). While it's true you should never do
anything that makes you uncomfortable, keep in mind that
changes could decrease the plan's effectiveness if not done
carefully.
